Part A - Payment, Goods & Cancellation Policy
Payment is before delivery. No credit is given without prior arrangement. Goods will not be delivered unless payment has been recieved.

The following card types are accepted for online payment: Maestro/Switch, MasterCard, Solo, Visa and Visa Delta. For one off purchases your card will be debited at the time you place your order. For FuturePay agreements your card will debited 2 to 4 days before delivery.

For each online card transaction there is a small surcharge. This is to cover the processing and bank charges for your card payment. We have passed this charge onto you so we can keep our products at the lowest possible price.This surcharge applies to every card payment made, including those made within a recurring payment agreement. The amout you will be charged for each transaction will be stated on the payment type selection page after creating your order.

Payment can be by cheque, BACS, standing order and online card payments. Cash not accepted.

Unpaid cheques (i.e. bounced or unpaid due to changing your bank) will be charged at £10.00 in addition to the value of the cheque.

Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept cancellations less than 5 working days before your delivery is due. If you need to cancel within this period please donate your veg to the Cyrenians or a neighbour.

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products we will be happy to offer a replacement item, or a discount against your next purchase, which will be credited to your account balance.  Alternatively we can offer a refund.  Due to the perishable nature of fruit and veg, we can only offer replacements or refunds if you notify us on the day of receipt of your purchase.
